1.- Identification of the organizing company
The company Bitcoinforme S.L. (hereinafter Bit2Me) with registered office at C/ Germán Bernacer, 69, 03203, Elche, Alicante, Spain, and NIF: B54835301, has organized the promotion called "€10 coupon without fees: $KULA" (hereinafter, the promotion) which will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.
Bit2Me is a service provider authorized and supervised by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) in accordance with Article 59 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA).
2.- Purpose
The purpose of this promotion is to reward registered and verified users of the Bit2Me platform (accessible at https://bit2me.com and via the "Bit2Me" app on Android and iOS) who participate in the KULA trading championship on Bit2Me Pro during the promotion period.
Specifically, users who meet the requirements established in clause 4 of these legal terms will enter the draw/classification for a total of €5,000 in KULA tokens. Prizes are divided as follows:

The aforementioned total amount of €5,000 in KULA constitutes the maximum prize pool to be distributed among the three (3) selected winners, in accordance with clause 5 of these terms.
3.- Participation period
The campaign will be active from September 9, 2026, at 00:00:00 (Spanish Peninsular time, UTC+2) until September 30, 2026, at 23:59:59 (Spanish Peninsular time, UTC+2).
4.- Rules and conditions for participation
All natural persons of legal age who meet the following requirements may participate in the promotion:
- Have a registered and verified individual account on the https://bit2me.com/ website. Please note that verification may sometimes take several days and is subject to compliance with current regulations.
- Register participation on the page: https://bit2me.com/register?prm=PROKULA
- Perform transactions of the crypto asset $KULA ($KULA) on the Bit2Me Pro platform (accessible at https://bit2me.com and via the "Bit2Me" app on Android and iOS), during the participation period established in the previous clause.
The prize will be awarded only in $KULA tokens to the participant's Bit2Me Wallet.
Bit2Me Wallet and Bit2Me Earn services are excluded from the promotion. Additionally, purchases made with funds received through internal deposits from Bit2Me Pay are excluded.
Bit2Me employees and profiles that have intentionally manipulated their participation are not eligible to participate.
Bit2Me reserves the right to make changes to the promotion during its development if any cause arises that prevents its successful completion or in order to improve its progress.
Any questions participants may have during and after the conclusion of the promotion can be directed to support@bit2me.com.
Each user can only be awarded once throughout the promotion, regardless of the number of transactions performed.
5.- DETERMINATION, NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION OF WINNERS
Once the participation period has ended, Bit2Me will determine the three (3) winners from all participants who meet the conditions established in these terms, based on trading volume. The first-place winner will receive the first prize (€2,500 in KULA), the second-place winner will receive the second prize (€1,500 in KULA), and the third-place winner will receive the third prize (€1,000 in KULA). Alternate winners may be selected in the event that any of the main winners do not meet the requirements or cannot receive the prize.
Prize delivery will take place within a maximum of 14 business days after the promotion ends.
Important notice: Bit2Me does not in any case encourage, promote, or recommend performing transactions of a higher amount or frequency than what the user deems appropriate for their personal and financial situation. Crypto assets are high-risk assets, and each user must act cautiously and according to their own judgment. Participation in this promotion should not be interpreted as financial advice or an incentive to take disproportionate risks.
6.- Tax obligations
In accordance with the provisions of Value Added Tax regulations and Royal Decree 1619/2012, which approves the Invoicing Regulation, Bit2Me will issue the corresponding invoice for the entirety of the fees or charges applied to each transaction performed on the platform by those clients (natural persons) who meet the requirements established in clause 4 of these legal terms during the promotion period.
In accordance with tax regulations, prizes with a value exceeding €300 are subject to a payment on account. Bit2Me will make this payment to the Tax Agency on behalf of the winner (applying the current rate, currently 19%), without the winner having to pay any amount to receive the prize, and will issue the corresponding withholding certificate to the user. This payment on account will be added to the prize value for the purpose of calculating the winner's income.
In any case, the client who benefits from the discounts applied during the promotion period will be solely responsible for complying with their tax obligations regarding invoicing and Value Added Tax.
7.- Personal data protection
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter LOPDGDD), and any other applicable data protection regulations, we inform participants that their personal data will be incorporated into a Database owned and managed by BITCOINFORME, S.L., whose purpose and legal basis are the management and participation in the promotion, as well as the maintenance of commercial relations by electronic means based on the legitimate commercial interest of the Bit2Me Group companies (you can consult the list of companies at www.bit2me.com).
Promotion participants are recognized the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, which can be exercised by sending an email to the address rgpd@bit2me.com. Once the processing purpose has concluded or the erasure of their data has been requested, the data will be blocked and made available to the Administration, Judges, and Courts, for the limitation periods of the legal actions that correspond to the processing carried out in defense of our interests.
The participant guarantees that they are the owner of the personal data provided and that these are authentic. The participant will be responsible for the consequences of providing false data.
Likewise, participants in the promotion are informed that they have the right to withdraw their consent for commercial purposes for data processing by the Bit2Me Group, and they have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency https://www.aepd.es/es.
8.- Penalties in case of fraudulent use
Bit2Me will consider behaviors that Bit2Me deems apparently abusive and/or malicious as fraud. Similarly, without limitation, abuse or fraud will be understood to occur when a participant identifies themselves using a false identity or the identities of third parties without their consent.
Bit2Me is not responsible for any inappropriate or offensive content that users, at their own risk, may upload to the communication channels used for the promotion.
Bit2Me is not responsible if any user/client fails to complete the Bit2Me account verification process, or if, due to a potentially high demand for the Bit2Me account verification process, it cannot be completed before the end date of this promotion.
Evidence of any of these practices will result in automatic disqualification and prohibition from participating in the promotion.
Bit2Me reserves the right to take legal action against individuals who carry out any act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the campaign.
9.- Responsibility
Bit2Me reserves the right to make changes or cancel the promotion during its development if any cause arises that prevents its successful completion or in order to improve its progress.
Bit2Me shall be exempt from any liability for damages that may be due to the temporary unavailability or discontinuity of the campaign's operation, to the deception of the utility that users might have attributed to it, and to access to the different pages and submission of participation responses via the Internet. Bit2Me shall also be exempt from liability for the acts or omissions of participants that prevent their proper participation in the promotion.
10.- Acceptance of the Official Rules
Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. Any manifestation of non-acceptance of all or part of these legal terms and conditions implies the participant's exclusion and, consequently, Bit2Me will be released from fulfilling the obligation contracted with this participant.
11.- Applicable jurisdiction and legislation
These Legal Terms are subject to Spanish legislation. Any claim related to the draw must be sent in writing to support@bit2me.com. In case of any discrepancy or controversy regarding the application or interpretation of these legal terms, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the participant agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Alicante.
