OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE "2% BONUS" PROMOTION
1.- Organizer identification
Bitcoinforme S.L. (hereinafter Bit2Me), with its registered office at C/ Germán Bernacer, 69, 03203, Elche, Alicante, Spain, and NIF: B54835301, has organized the promotion named "2% Bonus" (hereinafter, the promotion) which will be carried out in accordance with these Rules.
2.- Purpose
The purpose of this promotion is to reward users already registered and verified on the Bit2Me platform (accessible at https://bit2me.com and on the "Bit2Me" app for Android and iOS) who participate in the "FUND26" campaign during the promotion period. Specific participation conditions and financial requirements are detailed in clause 4 of these Rules.
Funds can be held in both Bit2Me Wallet and within the Bit2Me Earn service.
3.- Participation period
The promotion or participation period will be from Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 00:00 (Spain time) until Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 23:59 (Spain time) (both inclusive), through the Bit2Me platform (accessible at https://bit2me.com and on the "Bit2Me" app for Android and iOS).
Early closure: The promotion will automatically close when the total bonus amount reaches €5,000,000.
4.- Rules and conditions for participation
All natural persons of legal age who meet the following requirements may participate in the promotion:
• Have a personal or business account already registered and verified on https://bit2me.com/. This promotion is exclusively for existing Bit2Me users. Please note that verification can sometimes take several days and is subject to compliance with current regulations.
• Register participation in the "FUND26" promotion via the app or at https://bit2me.com/register?prm=FUND26. Only operations carried out by previously registered users will be counted towards the prize calculation.
• Users with SpaceCenter level 7 (or higher) are not eligible for the bonus, regardless of other fulfilled requirements. This exclusion is categorical, definitive, and unappealable. If a user reaches level 7 during the promotion, they automatically lose any accumulated bonus from that level onwards.
The financial conditions for the bonus are as follows:
The user must make one or more deposits of at least €1 in crypto assets during the promotion period.
Operate on Bit2Me during the 6 months following the first deposit made as part of the promotion.
In return, they will receive a refund of fees generated by their operations during these 6 months, up to 2% of the deposits made during the campaign, with a maximum of €150 per user, paid in B2M crypto asset.
To retain the right to the bonus each month, the user must maintain an average monthly balance equal to or greater than the initial deposit made during the promotion.
The total accumulated bonus will be paid in a single payment via Bpay starting from the second half of the seventh month.
The promotion will end early when the total bonuses to be paid among all participants reach €5,000,000, or at the end of the term if that amount is not reached.
On July 15, 2026, the balance each user has deposited during the promotion period will be counted.
Bit2Me employees or profiles that have manipulated their participation may not participate.
Bit2Me reserves the right to make changes or cancel the promotion during its development only if justified force majeure events, insurmountable technical reasons, or other circumstances beyond the company's control prevent it from being successfully completed, by communicating this in advance to participants with the same publicity given to these rules.
5.- Bonus distribution
All participants who meet the requirements indicated in clause 4 will receive the corresponding bonus in their Wallet in B2M crypto asset, equivalent to up to 2% of the fees generated by their operations during the 6-month bonus period, with a maximum of €150 per user.
The bonus consists exclusively of a refund of the fees actually generated and paid by the user in their operations during the bonus period, with the limits indicated in these Rules. Consequently, users who, due to their fee level or any other circumstance, do not generate fees during this period will not have any amount to be refunded and, therefore, will not receive a bonus.
The total accumulated bonus will be paid in a single payment via Bpay starting from the second half of the seventh month. For the payment to be effective, the user must have maintained an average balance equal to or greater than the initial deposit made as part of the promotion during each of the six months. Otherwise, the right to the accrued bonus for that month and subsequent months will be forfeited. The right to the bonus accrues monthly based on the fulfillment of this requirement, although the total accrued amount will be paid in a single payment under the terms provided in this clause. The loss of the right in a given month will not affect bonuses already accrued in previous months where the requirements were met.
6.- Tax obligations
Prizes delivered in this promotion are considered capital gains in kind for the purposes of Personal Income Tax (IRPF). The tax value of the prize will correspond to the market value of the B2M crypto asset at the exact moment it is made available in the user's wallet, according to the current quotation on the Bit2Me platform.
In accordance with tax regulations, prizes with a value exceeding €300 are subject to a withholding tax. Bit2Me will make this payment to the Tax Agency on behalf of the winner (applying the current rate, currently 19%), and will issue the corresponding withholding certificate to the user. This withholding tax will be added to the prize value for the purpose of calculating the winner's income.
The winner will be solely responsible for declaring the prize obtained (market value plus the withholding tax) in their Income Tax Return for the 2026 fiscal year, integrating it into their General Taxable Base. The user exempts Bit2Me from any liability arising from the non-fulfillment of their personal tax obligations.
7.- Personal data protection
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter LOPDGDD), and any other applicable data protection regulations, we inform participants that their personal data will be incorporated into a Database owned and managed by BITCOINFORME, S.L., whose purpose and legal basis is the management and participation in the promotion, as well as the maintenance of commercial relationships by electronic means based on the legitimate commercial interest of the Bit2Me Group companies (you can consult the list of companies at www.bit2me.com ).
Promotion participants are recognized the right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition, and data portability, which can be exercised by sending an email to rgpd@bit2me.com. Once the processing purpose has concluded or the deletion of their data has been requested, the data will be blocked and made available to the Administration, Judges, and Courts for the limitation periods of the legal actions corresponding to the processing carried out in defense of our interests.
The participant guarantees that they are the owner of the personal data provided and that it is authentic. The consequences of providing false data will be the participant's responsibility.
Likewise, participants in the promotion are informed that they have the right to withdraw their consent for commercial purposes regarding data processing by the Bit2Me Group, and that they have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency https://www.aepd.es/es .
8.- Penalties for fraudulent use
Bit2Me will consider behaviors that Bit2Me deems to be apparently abusive and/or malicious as fraud. Similarly, it will be understood, by way of example but not limitation, that abuse or fraud occurs when a participant identifies themselves using a false identity or the identities of third parties without their consent.
Bit2Me is not responsible for any inappropriate or offensive content that users, at their own risk, may upload to the communication channels used for the promotion.
Bit2Me is not responsible if a user/client fails to complete the Bit2Me account verification process, or if, due to potentially high demand for the Bit2Me account verification process, it cannot be completed before the end date of this promotion.
The verification of any of these practices will result in automatic disqualification and prohibition from participating in the promotion, Bit2Me reserves the right to take legal action against individuals who carry out any act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the campaign.
9.- Liability
Bit2Me reserves the right to make changes or cancel the promotion during its development only if justified force majeure events, insurmountable technical reasons, or other circumstances beyond the company's control prevent it from being successfully completed, by communicating this in advance to participants with the same publicity given to these rules.
Bit2Me will be exempt from any liability for damages that may arise from the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the campaign's operation, from the frustration of the usefulness that users may have attributed to it, and from access to the various pages and submission of participation responses via the Internet. Bit2Me will also be exempt from liability for acts or omissions of participants that prevent their correct participation in the development of the promotion.
Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these legal terms. Any declaration of non-acceptance of all or part of these legal terms and conditions implies the participant's exclusion and, consequently, Bit2Me will be released from the fulfillment of the obligation contracted with this participant.
10.- Jurisdiction and applicable law
These Legal Terms are subject to Spanish law. Any claims related to the promotion must be sent in writing to support@bit2me.com. In case of any discrepancy or controversy regarding the application or interpretation of these legal terms, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the participant agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts corresponding to the consumer user's domicile, in accordance with current consumer regulations.
