Requests must include:
Full identification of the requesting authority (agency name, reference case and official contact details).
Legal basis or court order authorizing the request.
Sufficient details to locate the user or transaction (full name, ID, email, phone number, wallet address, transaction hash, bank account, etc.).
Time frame of the requested data or transactions.
Brief description of the case or alleged offense under investigation.
User’s role in the investigation: specify whether the person is a suspect/defendant or a victim/complainant.
Urgency or risk level, e.g., imminent risk of fund dissipation.
Duration or validity period of the requested measure, if it involves freezing or urgent actions (e.g., indefinite, until completion of the investigation, for 3 months, etc.).
