1.- LEGAL INFORMATION
BITCOINFORME, S.L. (hereinafter, Bit2Me), with registered office at Calle Germán Bernacer, 69, 03203, Elche, Alicante, SPAIN and with N.I.F. B-54835301, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Alicante, volume 3828, folio 110, Entry 1 with Sheet A-143230, is the owner of the website: https://bit2me.com/ (insert access addresses for the B2M farming pool).
These Specific Conditions of use and application of locks in the B2M Farming Pool (hereinafter, Specific Conditions) govern the contractual relationship between You (hereinafter, user) and Bit2Me. You and Bit2Me are hereinafter referred to separately as "Party" and jointly as "Parties", with respect to your use of the Bit2Me Farming Pool B2M Product, and constitute a legally binding contract (hereinafter, Agreement) between the parties.
2.- PURPOSE
A new 100M B2M pool is implemented (which is added to the two initial pools (100M and 50M)) with the aim of rewarding users who decide to lock their B2M funds for certain periods in exchange for receiving a higher APY than what they currently receive in the flexible B2M pool (without locks).
3.- CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE B2M FARMING POOL SERVICE
These Specific Conditions, together with the Specific Conditions of the Earn service and any other published conditions, are applicable to the B2M Farming Pool services offered by Bit2Me through the Bit2Me Platform.
To use the Bit2Me "B2M Farming Pool Lock" services, you must create an account through the Bit2Me platform, to subsequently access the Bit2Me Earn services and within it the "B2M Farming Pool Lock".
The services provided by Bit2Me "B2M Farming Pool Lock" are not considered an investment or a speculative tool. Through the Bit2Me "B2M Farming Pool Lock" service, the user obtains rewards for transferring and locking their B2M for a specific period in favor of Bit2Me, in accordance with these Specific Terms.
Bit2Me reserves the right to modify or supplement these Specific Terms. Such changes or modifications will be valid and in full force from the date of their publication on the Bit2Me platform (within the Earn service), unless otherwise indicated.
The client should regularly check the Bit2Me Platform and the Earn service for such additional changes or modifications.
By continuing to use the Bit2Me Earn service after such changes or modifications are in effect, the client indicates that they accept the amended or modified Specific Terms. If the client does not wish to be bound by any changes or modifications, they must stop using the Bit2Me Earn service immediately.
4.- DESCRIPTION OF THE OPERATION
Bit2Me adds an additional pool of 100M B2M for users who lock all or part of their B2M funds. The B2M lock is in exchange for a higher APY than that offered in the flexible pool, which the user can access without locking funds.
The user can choose between a specific lock-up time, with the options of 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months being available. The rewards will depend on the lock-up time. Likewise, users will be able to view the applicable APY for the lock-up time and its variation on the platform.
Each new contribution that the user makes to the already locked funds means an update of the fund's unlock date, that is, the date of the last contribution is taken into consideration for the start of the lock-up period.
The user may lock their funds in B2M without a minimum fund limit to lock.
The rewards generated in the locked pool will be added daily to said pool, adding to the previous funds and generating new rewards.
At the time of unlocking the funds due to the expiration of the lock-up period, both the funds and the generated rewards will be added to the flexible pool.
5.- EARLY UNLOCKING
This service is developed with the aim of rewarding B2M holders who keep their funds for a prolonged period. The essential condition of this service is the locking of funds for specific periods of time, and the interruption of the commitment entails the return of the rewards obtained as well as a reduction in the percentage of the locked funds.
The reductions will consist of the return of all rewards obtained and 10% of the locked funds. Likewise, if the user requests the release of the funds, these, after applying the aforementioned reductions, will be released 24 hours after executing the withdrawal prior to the official unlock date.
Bit2Me reserves the right to make changes to the reductions that it deems necessary with prior notification to users.
6.- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The B2M Farming Pool Lock service, the associated software, and technological tools, including but not limited to their programming, editing, compilations, designs, logos, text, and/or graphics, are the property of Bit2Me, and are protected by national and international regulations on intellectual and industrial property. Access by the user to the service does not grant them any ownership rights over them.
Therefore, Bit2Me does not at any time grant ownership rights over the B2M Farming Pool Lock service, the associated software, or the technological tools, but rather grants the right to use them under the described conditions, it not being understood in any case that it enables their reproduction and public dissemination, assignment, sale, rental, or loan, undertaking not to assign their partial or total use in any way, as well as not to disclose, publish, or otherwise make them available to other parties.
The user acknowledges and agrees that they have no intention of using said materials or information improperly or to harm Bit2Me in any way, or any of its affiliates.

7.- PENALTY IN CASE OF FRAUDULENT USE
Bit2Me will consider as fraud behaviors that Bit2Me deems to be apparently abusive and/or malicious. Likewise, it will be understood, by way of example but not limited to, that abuse or fraud occurs when a user identifies themselves using a false identity or the identities of third parties without their consent. Any action that attempts to manipulate the user's profile or that of a third party to achieve changes in the benefits, levels, badges, missions, or any other element of the contents in the Space Center.
8.- TAXATION
Within the Bit2Me platform, you can view a record of transactions related to your use of the services, which you can use to make any required tax declarations or payments. It is the user's responsibility to determine what taxes apply to their use of Bit2Me's services, if any, and to collect, report, and remit the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority.
Bit2Me may deduct or make any tax withholding or filing required by law, but will not be responsible for determining whether taxes apply to the user's transaction and which ones, nor for collecting, reporting, or remitting any tax arising from any transaction or in connection with their Bit2Me Account and the services they use.
You are responsible for complying with applicable law. You agree that Bit2Me is not responsible for determining whether laws may apply to your transactions or which laws may apply, including tax laws. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from your use of the Services.
9.- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Bit2Me shall be exempt from any liability for damages that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the service, to the disappointment of the utility that users might have attributed to it. Bit2Me shall also be exempt from the acts or omissions of users in the use of this service.
The "B2M Farming Pool Lock" services are provided without any warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory, except as expressly provided in these Specific Conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Bit2Me disclaims any other warranty, express or implied, made by you, your affiliates, or any third party, including without limitation, any warranty regarding quality, suitability, merchantability, or otherwise, of any service or any good provided incidentally to the Space Center product or service under these Specific terms.
Notwithstanding any provision in these terms and conditions, Bit2Me is not liable to you for losses, damages, or claims due to an unusual or unforeseeable event beyond our reasonable control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care and diligence had been previously exercised (force majeure) or arising in connection with:
Any delay, suspension, or interruption of Bit2Me's "B2M Farming Pool Lock" service;
Failures or interruptions in public or private telecommunication networks, communication channels, or information systems;
The inability of the user to make or complete any transaction due to maintenance of the "B2M Farming Pool Lock" service or system, a breakdown, or the unavailability of the Bit2Me platform or service;
Any unauthorized use of the Bit2Me platform contrary to these terms and conditions;
Compliance with any applicable law, court orders, or acts of any governmental authority;
Resulting from hacking, manipulation, transmission of computer viruses, or other unauthorized access or use of the Bit2Me platform;
Notwithstanding any provision in these terms and conditions, in no event shall Bit2Me be liable to the user for any incidental damages, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, substitution of goods, loss of technology, loss of data, or interruption or loss of use of service, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such losses or damages and whether they arise as a result of contract or tort liability.
10.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter GDPR), in the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter LOPDGDD) and in any other applicable data protection regulations, we inform participants that their personal data will be incorporated into a database owned and managed by Bit2Me, whose purpose and legal basis is the management for the provision of the Space Center service, as well as the maintenance of commercial relations based on the legitimate commercial interest of the companies of the Bit2Me Group (you can find more information about the companies that make up the Bit2Me Group at https://bit2me.com).
Users have the recognized right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, and portability of their data, which they can exercise by sending an email to the address rgpd@bit2me.com. Once the purpose of the processing has ended or the deletion of your data has been requested, they will be blocked and made available to the Administration, Judges, and Courts for the statute of limitations periods of the legal actions that correspond to the treatments produced in defense of our interests.
Likewise, Space Center users are informed that they have the right to withdraw their consent for commercial purposes for the processing of data by Bit2Me, and that they have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency https://www.aepd.es/es.
11.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract will be interpreted and governed in accordance with current Spanish legislation. Both parties, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit any interpretation or controversy resulting from this contract to the Courts that, according to the legal system, are competent.
