LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROMOTION
“2% Bonus”
1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORGANIZING COMPANY
Bitcoinforme S.L. (hereinafter, “Bit2Me”), with registered office at C/ Germán Bernacer, 69, 03203, Elche (Alicante), Spain and NIF: B54835301, has organized the promotion called “2% Bonus” (hereinafter, the “Promotion”), which will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.
2. PURPOSE
The purpose of this promotion is to reward existing registered and verified users of the Bit2Me platform (accessible at https://bit2me.com and on the “Bit2Me” App for Android and iOS) who participate in the “FUND26” campaign during the promotion period. Specific participation conditions and financial requirements are detailed in clause 4 of these Terms.
Funds can be held in both Bit2Me Wallet and within the Bit2Me Earn service.
3. PARTICIPATION PERIOD
The promotion or participation period will be from Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 00:00 (Spain time) until Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 23:59 (Spain time) (both inclusive), through the Bit2Me platform (accessible at https://bit2me.com and on the “Bit2Me” App for Android and iOS).
4. RULES AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
All natural persons of legal age who meet the following requirements may participate in the promotion:
Have a personal or business account already registered and verified on https://bit2me.com/ . This promotion is exclusively for existing Bit2Me users. Please note that verification can sometimes take several days and is subject to compliance with current regulations.
Register participation in the “FUND26” promotion through the app or via https://bit2me.com/register?prm=FUND26 . Only operations carried out by previously registered users will be counted for the prize calculation.
The financial conditions for the bonus are as follows:
The user must make one or more deposits of €1 or more in cryptocurrencies during the promotion period.
Transact on Bit2Me for the 6 months following the first deposit made within the promotion.
In return, they will receive a refund of the fees generated by their operations during these 6 months, up to 2% of the deposits made during the campaign, with a maximum of €150 per user, paid in B2M cryptocurrency.
To retain the right to the monthly bonus, the user must maintain an average monthly balance equal to or greater than the initial deposit made during the promotion.
The total accumulated bonus will be paid in a single payment via Bpay starting from the second half of the seventh month.
The promotion will end early if the total bonuses to be paid among all participants reach €2,500,000, or at the end of the period if this amount is not reached.
On June 30, 2026, the balance each user has deposited during the promotion period will be counted.
Bit2Me employees or profiles that have manipulated their participation are not eligible to participate.
Bit2Me reserves the right to make changes to or cancel the promotion during its development only if justified force majeure events, insurmountable technical reasons, or other circumstances beyond the company's control occur that prevent its successful completion, by notifying participants in advance with the same publicity given to these terms.
5. BONUS PAYOUT
All participants who meet the requirements indicated in clause 4 will receive the corresponding bonus in B2M cryptocurrency in their Wallet, equivalent to up to 2% of the fees generated by their operations during the 6-month bonus period, with a maximum of €150 per user.
The total accumulated bonus will be paid in a single payment via Bpay starting from the second half of the seventh month.
For the payment to be effective, the user must have maintained an average balance equal to or greater than the initial deposit made within the promotion for each of the six months. Otherwise, the right to the bonus for the corresponding month and subsequent months will be lost, without any previously paid bonuses being subject to refund.
6. TAX OBLIGATIONS
The prizes awarded in this promotion are considered capital gains in kind for the purposes of Personal Income Tax (IRPF). The tax value of the prize will correspond to the market value of the B2M crypto asset at the exact moment it is made available in the user's wallet, according to the current quotation on the Bit2Me platform.
In accordance with tax regulations, prizes with a value exceeding €300 are subject to an advance payment on account. Bit2Me will make this payment to the Tax Agency on behalf of the winner (applying the current rate, currently 19%), and will issue the corresponding withholding certificate for the user. This advance payment on account will be added to the prize value for the purpose of calculating the winner's income.
The winner will be solely responsible for declaring the prize obtained (market value plus the advance payment on account) in their Income Tax Return for the 2026 fiscal year, integrating it into their General Taxable Base. The user exempts Bit2Me from any liability arising from non-compliance with their personal tax obligations.
7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter LOPDGDD), and any other applicable data protection regulations, we inform participants that their personal data will be incorporated into a database owned and managed by BITCOINFORME, S.L., whose purpose and legal basis are the management of and participation in the promotion, as well as the maintenance of commercial relations by electronic means based on the legitimate commercial interest of the Bit2Me Group companies (you can consult the list of companies at www.bit2me.com ).
Participants in the promotion are entitled to exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, which can be exercised by sending an email to rgpd@bit2me.com . Once the processing purpose has concluded or the deletion of your data has been requested, the data will be blocked and made available to the Administration, Judges, and Courts, for the limitation periods of the legal actions corresponding to the processing carried out in defense of our interests.
The participant guarantees that they are the owner of the personal data provided and that these are authentic. The participant will be responsible for the consequences of providing false data.
Likewise, participants in the promotion are informed that they have the right to withdraw their consent for commercial purposes regarding data processing by the Bit2Me Group, and that they have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency https://www.aepd.es/es .
8. PENALTIES FOR FRAUDULENT USE
Bit2Me will consider behaviors that it deems apparently abusive and/or malicious as fraud. Likewise, by way of example but not limitation, abuse or fraud will be understood to occur when a participant identifies themselves using a false identity or the identities of third parties without their consent.
Bit2Me is not responsible for possible inappropriate or offensive content that users, at their own risk, may upload to the communication channels used for the promotion.
Bit2Me is not responsible if a user/client fails to complete the Bit2Me account verification process, or if, due to potentially high demand for the Bit2Me account verification process, it cannot be completed before the end date of this promotion.
The detection of any of these practices will result in automatic disqualification and prohibition from participating in the promotion.
Bit2Me reserves the right to take legal action against individuals who engage in any act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the campaign.
9. LIABILITY
Bit2Me reserves the right to make changes to or cancel the promotion during its development only if justified force majeure events, insurmountable technical reasons, or other circumstances beyond the company's control occur that prevent its successful completion, by notifying participants in advance with the same publicity given to these terms.
Bit2Me will be exempt from any liability for damages that may arise from the temporary unavailability or discontinuity of the campaign's operation, from the frustration of the utility that users may have attributed to it, and from access to the various pages and submission of participation responses via the Internet. Bit2Me will also be exempt from the acts or omissions of participants that hinder their correct participation in the development of the promotion.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE LEGAL TERMS
Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these legal terms. Any manifestation of non-acceptance of all or part of these legal terms and conditions implies the participant's exclusion, and consequently, Bit2Me will be released from fulfilling the obligation contracted with this participant.
11. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These Legal Terms are subject to Spanish law. Any claim related to the draw must be submitted in writing to support@bit2me.com . In case of any discrepancy or controversy regarding the application or interpretation of these legal terms, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the participant agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and tribunals corresponding to the consumer user's domicile, in accordance with current consumer regulations.
