LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION
“€10 fee-free coupon: $SPAIN”
1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company Bitcoinforme S.L. (hereinafter, “Bit2Me”), with registered office at C/ Germán Bernacer, 69, 03203, Elche (Alicante), Spain and with tax identification number NIF B54835301, has organized the promotion called "€10 fee-free coupon: $SPAIN" (hereinafter, the “Promotion”), which will be carried out in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. PURPOSE
The purpose of this promotion is to refund fees applied to crypto asset purchases made on the Bit2Me platform (accessible at https://bit2me.com and on the "Bit2Me" app on Android and iOS) during the promotion's validity period.
Specifically, registered and verified users who meet the requirements established in clause 4 of these legal terms and conditions will receive a refund of one percent (1%) of their Bit2Me Wallet purchases made with any of the $SPAIN crypto assets, with a maximum limit of €10 and a minimum of €1 of the volume traded, during the promotion's validity period.
The promotion does not involve the delivery of a digital coupon or promotional code, but rather a refund equivalent to the cost of the applied fees, which will be returned as cashback to your Bit2Me euro wallet.
3. PARTICIPATION PERIOD
The validity or participation period for the promotion will be from June 22, 2026 until June 28, 2026 at 23:59 UTC+1, inclusive, through the Bit2Me platform (accessible at https://bit2me.com and on the "Bit2Me" app on Android and iOS).
4. RULES AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
All natural persons of legal age who meet the following requirements may participate in the promotion:
Have a registered and verified individual account on the website at https://bit2me.com/. Please note that verification may sometimes take several days and is subject to compliance with current regulations.
Register for participation on the page: https://bit2me.com/register?prm=SPAINUG.
Make purchases of the $SPAIN ($SPAIN) crypto asset on the Bit2Me Wallet platform (accessible at https://bit2me.com and on the "Bit2Me" app on Android and iOS) during the participation period established in the previous clause.
The refund will be made solely in $B2M token to the participant's Bit2Me Wallet.
Bit2Me Pro and Bit2Me Earn services are excluded from the promotion.
Sale and swap operations (exchange with other crypto assets) performed within Bit2Me Wallet are excluded. Likewise, purchases made with funds received through internal deposits from Bit2Me Pay are excluded.
Bit2Me employees or profiles that have intentionally manipulated their participation may not participate.
Bit2Me reserves the right to make changes to the promotion during its development, should any cause arise that prevents its successful completion or to improve its progress.
Any questions that participants may have during and after the promotion can be consulted by participants through support@bit2me.com.
5. CASHBACK REFUND
All participants who meet the requirements indicated in clause 4 will receive in their Wallet cashback equivalent to a 100% discount on the rates or fees applied to purchases of the aforementioned crypto assets made on the platform via transfer and/or bank card, during the promotion's validity period. Bit2Me Pro and Bit2Me Earn services are excluded from the promotion, as are sale and swap operations performed within Bit2Me Wallet. Likewise, purchases made with funds received through internal deposits from Bit2Me Pay are excluded.
The discount will be applied to registered and verified users who meet the requirements established in clause 4 of these legal terms and conditions; they will receive a refund of one percent (1%) of their Bit2Me Wallet purchases made with any of the $SPAIN crypto assets, with a maximum limit of €10 and a minimum of €1 of the volume traded, during the promotion's validity period.
Starting July 10, 2026, the 100% cashback of fees charged for purchases executed by participants during the selected period will be processed. Participants will receive the cashback in their euro wallet.
6. TAX OBLIGATIONS
In accordance with the provisions of the Value Added Tax regulations and Royal Decree 1619/2012, which approves the Invoicing Regulation, Bit2Me will issue the corresponding invoice for the full amount of fees or rates applied in each transaction carried out on the platform by those customers (natural persons) who meet the requirements established in clause 4 of these legal terms and conditions during the promotion's validity period.
Upon the refund to customer beneficiaries (natural persons) of the amount of discounts generated in transactions carried out on the platform during the promotion's validity period, Bit2Me will issue an amending invoice, including the amount of the discount actually disbursed.
In any case, the customer who benefits from the discounts applied during the promotion's validity period will be solely responsible for complying with their tax obligations regarding invoicing and value-added tax.
7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter LOPDGDD), and any other applicable data protection regulations, we inform participants that their personal data will be incorporated into a Database owned and managed by BITCOINFORME, S.L., whose purpose and legal basis are the management and participation in the promotion, as well as the maintenance of commercial relations by electronic means based on the legitimate commercial interest of the Bit2Me Group companies (you can consult the list of companies at www.bit2me.com).
Promotion participants are recognized the right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition, and data portability, which can be exercised by sending an email to rgpd@bit2me.com. Once the processing purpose has concluded or the deletion of their data is requested, the data will be blocked and made available to the Administration, Judges, and Courts for the limitation periods of the legal actions corresponding to the processing carried out in defense of our interests.
The participant guarantees that they are the owner of the personal data provided and that these are authentic. The participant will be responsible for the consequences of providing false data.
Likewise, participants in the promotion are informed that they have the right to withdraw their consent for commercial purposes regarding data processing by the Bit2Me Group, and that they have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es/es).
8. PENALTIES FOR FRAUDULENT USE
Bit2Me will consider as fraud behaviors that Bit2Me deems to be apparently abusive and/or malicious. Similarly, by way of example but not limitation, abuse or fraud will be understood to occur when a participant identifies themselves using a false identity or the identities of third parties without their consent.
Bit2Me is not responsible for possible inappropriate or offensive content that users, at their own risk, may upload to the communication channels used for the development of the promotion.
Bit2Me is not responsible if any user/customer does not complete the Bit2Me account verification process, or if, due to potentially high demand for the Bit2Me account verification process, it cannot be concluded before the end date of this promotion.
The discovery of any of these practices will result in automatic disqualification and prohibition from participating in the promotion.
Bit2Me reserves the right to take legal action against individuals who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the campaign.
9. LIABILITY
Bit2Me reserves the right to make changes to or cancel the promotion during its development, should any cause arise that prevents its successful completion or to improve its progress.
Bit2Me will be exempt from any liability for damages that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the campaign's operation, the defrauding of the utility that users may have attributed to it, and access to the different pages and submission of participation responses via the Internet. Bit2Me will also be exempt from acts or omissions of participants that prevent their correct participation in the development of the promotion.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. Any manifestation of non-acceptance of all or part of these legal terms and conditions implies the exclusion of the participant and, as a consequence, Bit2Me will be released from fulfilling the obligation contracted with this participant.
11. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These Legal Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. Any claim related to the promotion must be sent in writing to support@bit2me.com. In case of any discrepancy or controversy regarding the application or interpretation of these legal terms and conditions, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the participant agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Alicante.
