1.- Identification of the organizing company
The company Bitcoinforme S.L. (hereinafter Bit2Me), with tax address at C/ Germán Bernacer, 69, 03203, Elche, Alicante, Spain and Tax Identification Number (NIF): B54835301, has organized the promotion called “B2M 5th Anniversary Giveaway” (hereinafter, the promotion), which will run in accordance with the provisions set forth in these Terms.
2.- Purpose
The purpose of the Promotion is to reward, on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the B2M token, registered and verified users of the Bit2Me platform (accessible at https://bit2me.com and in the Bit2Me app for Android and iOS) who redeem B2M during the participation period.
Specifically, users who meet the requirements set forth in Clause 4 of these legal terms will participate in a giveaway for €1,000 in EURC, divided into 2 prizes of €500 in EURC each, which will be awarded to 2 different winners.
EURC is a crypto-asset pegged to the euro, issued by a third party unrelated to Bit2Me. It is not legal tender.
3.- Participation period
The campaign will run from November 2, 2026, at 00:00:00 UTC+1 to November 8, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC+1.
4.- Rules and conditions for participation
All natural persons of legal age who meet the following requirements are eligible to participate in the promotion:
- Hold a registered and verified individual account on the website https://bit2me.com/. Please note that verification may sometimes take several days and is subject to compliance with applicable regulations.
- Hold, as of 23:59:59 (UTC+1) on November 1, 2026, a B2M balance equivalent to a minimum of €5, calculated according to the B2M/EUR price on the Bit2Me platform at that time. B2M held in (Wallet / Earn / Pro) will be counted.
- Redeem B2M using the B2M redemption feature on the Bit2Me platform during the promotion period. Every 1,000 B2M redeemed equals 1 entry in the giveaway. Amounts are rounded down (for example, 2,500 B2M redeemed equals 2 entries). Only redemptions made within the participation period will be counted.
No prior registration is required: participation is automatic upon meeting the above requirements.
Bit2Me employees and users who have been excluded pursuant to Clause 8 are not eligible to participate.
Participants may ask any questions regarding the Promotion, during its course or after it ends, by contacting support@bit2me.com.
4.1. Prize Conditions
A total of 2 prizes of €500 in EURC each will be drawn among all participants who have at least 1 entry. The more entries, the greater the chances of winning.
Each user may only win once during the entire promotion, so there will be 2 different winners.
5.- Determination, Notification, and Announcement of Winners
5.1. Determination: The winners will be selected by random draw among all valid entries using the App Sorteos tool (https://app-sorteos.com/es/apps/sorteados). The draw will take place within a maximum period of 14 calendar days following the end of the Participation Period. There will be no alternates: if a winner does not meet the requirements set forth in Clause 4 or is excluded pursuant to Clause 8, their prize will be declared void.
5.2. Notification: Winning participants will be notified privately via the email address associated with their Bit2Me account within a maximum of 14 business days following the draw. This notification will inform them of the prize won, which will be credited directly to their user account via the Bpay feature.
6.- Tax obligations
Prizes awarded in this promotion are considered capital gains in kind for Spanish Personal Income Tax (IRPF) purposes. The tax value of the prize will correspond to the market value of the EURC at the exact moment it is credited to the user's wallet, according to the prevailing rate on the Bit2Me platform.
In accordance with tax regulations, prizes valued over €300 are subject to payment on account (tax withholding). Bit2Me will make this payment to the Spanish Tax Agency on behalf of the winner (applying the prevailing rate, currently 19%) and will issue the corresponding withholding tax certificate to the user. This payment on account will be added to the prize value for the purposes of calculating the winner's income tax.
The winner is solely responsible for declaring the prize received (market value plus payment on account) in their Income Tax Return corresponding to the 2026 tax year, including it in their General Taxable Base. The user holds Bit2Me harmless from any liability arising from failure to comply with their personal tax obligations.
7.- Personal data protection
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter LOPDGDD), and any other applicable data protection legislation, participants are informed that their personal data will be included in a Database owned and managed by BITCOINFORME, S.L., whose purpose and legal basis is the management of and participation in the promotion, as well as maintaining commercial relationships by electronic means based on the legitimate commercial interest of the Bit2Me Group companies (the list of companies can be consulted at www.bit2me.com ).
Participants in the promotion are entitled to exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability by sending an email to rgpd@bit2me.com. Once the purpose of processing has ended or data erasure has been requested, the data will be locked and made available to Public Administrations, Judges, and Courts for the statutory limitation periods of any legal actions that may arise in defense of our interests.
Participants guarantee that they are the owner of the personal data provided and that it is accurate. Participants will be held responsible for the consequences of providing false data.
Likewise, participants are informed of their right to withdraw their consent for commercial purposes regarding data processing by the Bit2Me Group, and that they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at https://www.aepd.es/es .
8.- Penalties in case of fraudulent use
Bit2Me will consider as fraud any behavior that Bit2Me deems to be apparently abusive and/or malicious. Likewise, it will be understood, by way of example but not limitation, that abuse or fraud occurs when a participant registers using a false identity or third-party identities without consent.
Bit2Me is not responsible for any inappropriate or offensive content that users, at their own risk, may post on communication channels used to run the promotion.
Bit2Me is not responsible if any user/customer does not pass the verification process for their Bit2Me account, or if, due to potentially high demand, the account verification process cannot be completed before the end date of this promotion.
Detection of any of these practices will result in automatic disqualification and a ban from participating in the promotion,
Bit2Me reserves the right to take legal action against individuals who perform any action that could be deemed manipulation or falsification of the campaign.
9.- Liability
Bit2Me reserves the right to make changes to or cancel the promotion during its course if any circumstance arises that prevents it from being carried out successfully, or in order to improve its operation.
Bit2Me shall be exempt from any liability for damages that may arise from temporary unavailability or interruption of the campaign, unmet expectations that users may have attributed to it, or internet-related issues accessing pages and submitting participation entries. Bit2Me shall also be exempt from liability for acts or omissions by participants that prevent their proper participation in the promotion.
10.- Acceptance of the Legal Terms
Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. Any statement refusing acceptance of all or part of these terms and conditions will lead to the participant's disqualification, and Bit2Me will consequently be released from any obligation toward that participant.
Bit2Me reserves the right to make changes to the promotion during its course if any circumstance prevents it from being carried out successfully, or in order to improve its operation.
11.- Jurisdiction and applicable law
These Legal Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any claim regarding the giveaway must be submitted in writing to support@bit2me.com . In the event of any discrepancy or controversy regarding the application or interpretation of these terms and conditions, and failing an amicable resolution, the participant agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Alicante.
