1.- Identification of the organizing company
The company Bitcoinforme S.L., with NIF B54835301 and registered office at C/ Germán Bernacer, 69, 03203, Elche, Alicante, Spain, operating under the trade name Bit2Me, is organizing the promotion called "Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix Ticket Giveaway".
Bit2Me is an authorized service provider supervised by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) in accordance with Article 59 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA).
2.- Purpose
The purpose of this promotion is to reward new users of the Bit2Me platform (accessible at https://bit2me.com and the "Bit2Me" app on Android and iOS) who register through the means enabled for this promotion, verify their account, and keep it active until the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix 2027, fulfilling the requirements established in clause 4 of these legal terms and conditions.
Participants who meet these requirements will be entered into a draw for a total of five (5) tickets to the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix 2027, resulting in five (5) different winners:

3.- Participation period
The campaign will be valid from September 10, 2026, at 00:00:00 (Spanish peninsular time, UTC+2) until September 13, 2026, at 23:59:59 (Spanish peninsular time, UTC+2).
4.- Rules and conditions for participation
All natural persons of legal age who are considered new Bit2Me users and who meet the following requirements may participate in the promotion:
- Be a new user on Bit2Me, meaning they do not currently have nor have previously had an account registered on the platform.
- Register on Bit2Me using the QR code included in the campaign posters located in Madrid, or via the link sent by email enabled for this promotion, during the participation period established in the previous clause.
- Verify the account in accordance with the processes required by current regulations. Please note that verification can sometimes take several days and is subject to compliance with current regulations.
- Keep the Bit2Me account active continuously from registration until the date of the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix 2027, with a minimum reference date of September 1, 2027. An active account is understood as a verified account, not suspended or canceled by the user or Bit2Me, and it is not necessary to carry out any cryptoasset purchase, sale, or exchange operations to meet this requirement.
Bit2Me employees and profiles that have intentionally manipulated their participation may not participate.
Bit2Me reserves the right to make changes to the promotion during its development if any cause arises that prevents its successful completion or in order to improve its progress.

Each user may only be awarded a prize once throughout the entire promotion.
5.- Determination, notification, and publication of winners
Once compliance with the account maintenance requirement until the date of the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix 2027 has been verified, Bit2Me will conduct a random draw using the tool https://www.random.org/ among all participants who have met the requirements established in clause 4, resulting in five (5) different winners. Each winner will receive one (1) ticket to the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix 2027.
Alternate winners may be selected in the event that any of the main winners do not meet the requirements or cannot receive the prize.
Draw date: the draw will be held during the first week of September 2027. The exact date will be communicated to participants through Bit2Me's official channels (email).
Prize delivery will be carried out according to the instructions Bit2Me communicates to the winners through official channels (email).
Important notice: participation in this promotion should not, under any circumstances, be interpreted as an incentive to trade cryptoassets more frequently or in greater amounts than the user considers appropriate for their personal and financial situation. Cryptoassets are high-risk assets, and each user must act cautiously and according to their own judgment. Participation in this promotion should not be interpreted as financial advice.
6.- Tax obligations
In accordance with tax regulations, prizes with a value exceeding €300 are subject to income tax withholding. Bit2Me will make this payment to the Tax Agency on behalf of the winner (applying the current rate, currently 19%), without the winner having to disburse any amount to receive the prize, and will issue the corresponding withholding certificate to the user. This withholding will be calculated on the market value of the ticket to the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix 2027 and will be added to the prize value for the purpose of calculating the winner's income.
In any case, the winner will be solely responsible for fulfilling their tax obligations derived from obtaining the prize.
7.- Personal data protection
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter LOPDGDD), and any other applicable data protection regulations, we inform participants that their personal data will be incorporated into a Database owned and managed by BITCOINFORME, S.L., whose purpose and legal basis are the management and participation in the promotion, as well as the maintenance of commercial relations by electronic means based on the legitimate commercial interest of the Bit2Me Group companies (you can consult the list of companies at www.bit2me.com).
Promotion participants are recognized the right to exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability of their data, which can be exercised by sending an email to rgpd@bit2me.com. Once the processing purpose has concluded or the erasure of their data has been requested, the data will be blocked and made available to the Administration, Judges, and Courts for the limitation periods of the legal actions corresponding to the processing carried out in defense of our interests.
The participant guarantees that they are the owner of the personal data provided and that it is authentic. The participant will be responsible for the consequences of providing false data.
Likewise, promotion participants are informed that they have the right to withdraw their consent for commercial data processing by the Bit2Me Group, and that they have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency https://www.aepd.es/es.
8.- Penalties for fraudulent use
Bit2Me will consider behaviors that Bit2Me deems to be seemingly abusive and/or malicious as fraud. Likewise, by way of example but not limitation, abuse or fraud will be understood to occur when a participant identifies themselves using a false identity or the identities of third parties without their consent.
Bit2Me is not responsible for any inappropriate or offensive content that users, at their own risk, may upload to the communication channels used for the promotion's development.
Bit2Me is not responsible if any user/client fails to complete the Bit2Me account verification process, or if, due to potentially high demand for the Bit2Me account verification process, it cannot be completed before the established deadline.
The confirmation of any of these practices will result in automatic disqualification and prohibition from participating in the promotion.
Bit2Me reserves the right to take legal action against individuals who carry out any act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the campaign.
9.- Liability
Bit2Me may only modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion due to duly justified force majeure or fortuitous events that prevent its development in accordance with what is stipulated in these terms, committing to communicate such circumstances with the same publicity given to the original terms.
In the event that the date of the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix 2027 is modified, postponed, or the event is not held due to reasons beyond Bit2Me's control, Bit2Me may adjust the promotion's calendar or substitute the prize with another of equivalent value, communicating this to participants with the same publicity given to these terms.
10.- Acceptance of the legal terms and conditions
Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. Any declaration of non-acceptance of all or part of these legal terms and conditions implies the participant's exclusion, and as a consequence, Bit2Me will be released from fulfilling the obligation contracted with this participant.
11.- Jurisdiction and applicable law
These Legal Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. Any claim related to the draw must be submitted in writing to support@bit2me.com. In case of any discrepancy or controversy regarding the application or interpretation of these legal terms and conditions, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent jurisdiction will be that which corresponds according to consumer and user protection regulations, without prejudice to the participant's right to appeal to the courts of their domicile.
