1.- Identification of the organizing company
The company Bitcoinforme S.L., with Tax ID (NIF) B54835301 and registered address at C/ Germán Bernacer, 69, 03203, Elche, Alicante, Spain, operating under the trade name Bit2Me, organizes the promotion called "$KULA Trading Championship."
Bit2Me is a service provider authorized and supervised by the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) in accordance with Article 59 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA).
2.- Purpose
The purpose of this promotion is to reward registered and verified users of the Bit2Me platform (accessible at https://bit2me.com and through the "Bit2Me" app on Android and iOS) who take part in the KULA trading championship on Bit2Me Pro during the promotion's period of validity.
Specifically, users who meet the requirements set out in clause 4 of these legal terms will enter the draw/ranking for a total of €5,000 in KULA tokens. The prizes are divided as follows:

The above total amount of €5,000 in KULA constitutes the maximum prize pool to be distributed among the three (3) selected winners, in accordance with clause 5 of these terms.
3.- Participation period
The campaign will run from September 9, 2026, at 00:00:00 (Spanish peninsular time, UTC+2) until September 30, 2026, at 23:59:59 (Spanish peninsular time, UTC+2).
4.- Rules and conditions for participation
Any individual of legal age who meets the following requirements may participate in the promotion:
- Hold a verified individual (retail) account registered on the website https://bit2me.com/. Please note that verification may sometimes take several days and is subject to compliance with applicable regulations.
- Register participation at: https://bit2me.com/register?prm=PROKULA
- Carry out transactions in the $KULA crypto-asset on the Bit2Me Pro platform (accessible at https://bit2me.com and through the "Bit2Me" app on Android and iOS) during the participation period set out in the previous clause.
The prize will be delivered exclusively in $KULA tokens to the participant's Bit2Me Wallet.
Bit2Me Wallet and Bit2Me Earn services are excluded from the promotion. Likewise, purchases made using funds received through internal deposits from Bit2Me Pay are excluded.
Bit2Me employees may not participate, nor may profiles that have intentionally manipulated their participation.
Bit2Me reserves the right to make changes to the promotion during its course, should any cause arise that prevents it from being properly carried out, or in order to improve its progress.

Each user may be awarded a prize only once throughout the entire promotion, regardless of the number of transactions carried out.
5.- DETERMINATION, NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
Once the participation period has ended, Bit2Me will determine the three (3) winners from among all participants who have generated the highest trading volume on Bit2Me Pro trading KULA. The first-place participant will receive the first prize (€2,500 in KULA), the second-place participant will receive the second prize (€1,500 in KULA), and the third-place participant will receive the third prize (€1,000 in KULA). Alternate winners may be selected in the event that any of the primary winners does not meet the requirements or is unable to receive the prize.
Prizes will be delivered within a maximum period of 14 business days following the end of the promotion.
Important notice: The trading-volume criterion is used solely to determine the order in which prizes are awarded among participants who have already met the minimum participation requirement. Bit2Me does not encourage, promote, or recommend carrying out transactions of greater size or frequency than a user considers appropriate for their personal and financial situation. Crypto-assets are high-risk assets, and each user must act prudently and according to their own judgment. Participation in this promotion should not be construed as financial advice or as an incentive to take on disproportionate risk.
6.- Tax obligations
Pursuant to the regulations governing Value Added Tax and Royal Decree 1619/2012, approving the Invoicing Regulation, Bit2Me will issue the corresponding invoice for the full amount of the fees or charges applied to each transaction carried out on the platform by those clients (individuals) who meet the requirements set out in clause 4 of these legal terms during the promotion's period of validity.
In accordance with tax regulations, prizes with a value exceeding €300 are subject to a payment on account (withholding). Bit2Me will make this payment on account to the Spanish Tax Agency on behalf of the winner (applying the rate currently in force, 19%), without the winner having to pay any amount to receive the prize, and will issue the corresponding withholding certificate to the user. This payment on account will be added to the value of the prize for purposes of calculating the winner's income tax.
In any case, the client who benefits from the discounts applied during the promotion's period of validity will be solely responsible for complying with their tax obligations regarding invoicing and Value Added Tax.
7.- Protection of personal data
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter, GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, LOPDGDD), and any other applicable data protection regulations, participants are informed that their personal data will be added to a database owned by and under the responsibility of BITCOINFORME, S.L., for the purpose of, and on the legal basis of, managing participation in the promotion, as well as maintaining business relationships by electronic means based on the legitimate commercial interest of the companies of the Bit2Me Group (the list of companies can be consulted at www.bit2me.com).
Participants in the promotion have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port their data, which they may exercise by sending an email to rgpd@bit2me.com. Once the purpose of processing has concluded, or erasure of the data has been requested, the data will be blocked and made available to public administrations, judges, and courts for the statutory limitation periods applicable to legal actions arising from the processing carried out in defense of our interests.
The participant guarantees that they are the owner of the personal data provided and that such data is authentic. The participant will be responsible for the consequences of providing false data.
Participants in the promotion are also informed that they have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their data for commercial purposes by the Bit2Me Group, and that they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at https://www.aepd.es/es.
8.- Penalties in the event of fraudulent use
Bit2Me will treat as fraud any conduct that Bit2Me deems to be apparently abusive and/or malicious. Without limitation, abuse or fraud will be understood to occur when a participant identifies themselves using a false identity or the identity of a third party without their consent.
Bit2Me is not responsible for any inappropriate or offensive content that users may, at their own risk, upload to the media used for running the promotion.
Bit2Me is not responsible if a user/client fails to complete Bit2Me's account verification process, or if, due to high demand for the account verification process, it cannot be completed before the end date of this promotion.
Confirmation of any such practices will result in automatic disqualification and a ban on participating in the promotion.
Bit2Me reserves the right to take legal action against any person who commits any act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the campaign.
9.- Liability
Bit2Me reserves the right to make changes to or cancel the promotion during its course, should any cause arise that prevents it from being properly carried out, or in order to improve its progress.
Bit2Me shall be exempt from any liability for damages that may arise from the temporary unavailability or discontinuity of the campaign's operation, from any disappointment users may feel regarding the usefulness they had attributed to it, and from access to the various web pages and the submission of participation responses over the Internet. Bit2Me shall also be exempt from liability for acts or omissions by participants that prevent their proper participation in the promotion.
10.- Acceptance of the Legal Terms
Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these legal terms. Any statement of non-acceptance of all or part of these terms and conditions will result in the participant's exclusion and, as a consequence, Bit2Me will be released from any obligation undertaken with that participant.
11.- Jurisdiction and applicable law
These Legal Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any claim related to the draw must be submitted in writing to support@bit2me.com. In the event of any disagreement or dispute regarding the application or interpretation of these legal terms, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the participant agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Alicante.
